Any employment-related complaints filed by State employees or applicants for State jobs will be addressed under DHRD Policy and Procedure 601.001, Discrimination/Harassment-Free Workplace Policy. Pursuant to the usual procedures, such complaints will be referred to the human resources office or EEO/civil rights office of the applicable department for appropriate action.
