DHRD supports the development of our State employees by providing both self-paced/on-demand and facilitator-led training appropriate for their positions.

LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS): ADOBE LEARNING MANAGER (ALM) 

If you are an Executive Branch employee working within one of the state departments and have a work email address, you will have an account in ALM as your one-stop training resource.
