Affordable Care Act Employer Notice
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA), sometimes referred to as “Obamacare”, includes a requirement that every employee receive a notice by October 1, 2013, from their employer about the new health exchanges. A copy of the notice provided to the State Executive Branch Employees, as well as additional information about the ACA, can be found below.
