University of Hawaii and Community College Resources


The Department of Human Resources Development (DHRD), in partnership with the University of Hawaii Community Colleges’ Offices of Continuing Education (OCET), offers State Executive Branch employees additional training through their OCET Training Catalogs.  These catalogs offer various non-credit courses that can serve as an alternative or supplement to courses found in the DHRD Learning Library.  Registration for OCET courses must be coordinated through each department’s Human Resource Office (HRO).  Please contact your HRO for further information or assistance regarding the registration process for University of Hawaii and community college courses.
